Chelsea has over 2 years of experience working in the disability sector and is passionate about supporting participants to live fulfilling and independent lives. She has worked with high-functioning clients and enjoys building strong, positive relationships while bringing a smile to those she supports. Chelsea previously worked with HenderCare, where she gained experience supporting both children and elderly participants. This has allowed her to develop a flexible and understanding approach, adapting her support to suit each individual’s needs. Chelsea is a proud mum of two boys and understands the importance of patience, routine, and creating a supportive environment. She brings this same caring and reliable approach into her role at Always Compassionate Care. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family and friends and staying active. Her boys are heavily involved in local sports, including cricket, football, and rugby, which keeps her busy and connected to the community. She also enjoys going for walks with her dog, Rusty. Chelsea is friendly, down-to-earth, and committed to providing quality support that promotes independence, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
