Caitlyn Green

Director | Support Coordinator | Psychosocial Recovery Coach | Support Worker – Central Adelaide Region
 
Caitlyn brings over nine years of hands-on experience in the disability sector, with an extensive understanding of the NDIS framework. She holds multiple qualifications, particularly in mental health, and currently works as a Recovery Coach, Support Coordinator, and Support Worker.
Based in the Marion area, Caitlyn primarily services Brighton, Glenelg, and Edwardstown for support work but is happy to travel for support coordination or recovery coaching. She has successfully managed a large portfolio of participants and is highly skilled in coordinating services, scheduling appointments, and helping participants understand and maximise their NDIS plans and funding.
Outside of work, Caitlyn is a busy mum to two beautiful daughters (aged 7 and 12) and a few beloved pets. She also runs a dog grooming business and is actively involved in school sports, club activities, and community events.
Her interests include holidaying, water sports, fishing, attending live music and entertainment events, socialising, and spending quality time with her children and animals. Caitlyn has a special love for animals—but prefers to keep her distance from moths!

Amy Drummond

Support Worker – Southern Adelaide Region
 
Amy supports participants across Adelaide’s southern suburbs, including Woodcroft, Seaford and Noarlunga. With a strong background in early childhood education and care, she spent many years supervising services for children aged from six weeks to six years. This experience gave her a deep understanding of child development, communication and nurturing care – skills she now brings to her role as a support worker.
 
Since transitioning into the disability sector, Amy has supported participants of all ages, offering tailored support in both home and community settings. She has a natural flair for organisation and decluttering, and enjoys helping create calm, functional environments that promote independence and comfort. Her eye for design and creativity shines through in her support work.
 
Outside of work, Amy is a mum of two who enjoys crafts, music, personal styling, fitness and social outings. She is always up for a challenge – just do not bring any snakes or spiders near her!

Duncan

Support Worker
 
Duncan is a dedicated and compassionate support worker with over 20 years of experience in health and fitness. As a qualified personal trainer, he specialises in strength training and personalised wellness programs that support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
 
He has supported people of all ages with a wide range of support needs and is passionate about promoting active, meaningful lifestyles through encouragement, structure and empathy. Duncan brings a calm, grounded presence to his work and enjoys helping clients stay connected to their goals and communities.
 
Outside of work, Duncan loves cycling, gardening, beach walks and spending quality time with his wife and three children.

Lisa

Support Worker
 
Lisa is a warm and reliable support worker who is passionate about making everyday life easier and more enjoyable for her clients. Whether it is driving to appointments, assisting with shopping and banking, or simply sharing a coffee and a friendly chat, Lisa brings genuine care and connection to each interaction.
 
With a down to earth nature, Lisa builds strong, trusting relationships and creates a safe space where clients feel supported and respected. She enjoys helping people stay engaged in their communities and finds purpose in the little moments – celebrating achievements, offering a listening ear or just being there when needed.
 
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with family and relaxing outdoors. Her compassionate spirit and practical support make her a valued member of the Always Compassionate Care team.

Katherine

Office Administrator | Client Care Officer | Support Worker
 
Katherine plays a versatile role at Always Compassionate Care, contributing as an office administrator, client care officer and support worker. With a strong background in administration and client coordination, she ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes – keeping schedules on track, communication clear and care organised.
 
Katherine is passionate about creating a seamless experience for clients and their families. Whether she is coordinating services, assisting with enquiries or providing hands on support, she brings empathy, efficiency and a genuine commitment to quality care.
 
Outside of work, Katherine enjoys spending time with family and friends, and has a lifelong love of animals. She often fosters pets and offers in home pet sitting, blending her nurturing nature into every part of her life.
 

Trent

Support Worker
 
Trent is an energetic and passionate support worker with over four years of experience supporting children and adults with diverse needs and abilities. He brings a strengths based approach to every session, focusing on empowerment, connection and community engagement.
 
With a background in fitness and coaching, Trent delivers personalised programs that incorporate weightlifting, hiking, Muay Thai and kickboxing. He also provides social support, community access and practical guidance with daily routines, meal planning and goal setting.
 
When he is not working, Trent enjoys exploring nature, camping, reading and relaxing with movies or games. He values meaningful relationships and brings a friendly, supportive presence to every interaction.

Nick

Support Worker
 
Nick is a friendly and dependable support worker who values building genuine connections with the people he supports. He takes a person centered approach, always aiming to create a safe and respectful space where individuals feel understood, empowered and supported to reach their goals.
 
Nick is currently studying accounting and commerce at UniSA and brings a thoughtful, balanced perspective to his support work. He is passionate about Muay Thai, enjoys attending live music events, and loves travelling and meeting new people. These life experiences help him stay grounded, curious and open – qualities he brings into every interaction.
 
Nick is proud to be part of the Always Compassionate Care team and looks forward to walking alongside clients on their journey.
